Specialist doctor in Ophthalmology

We’re looking for a experiencex ophthalmologist. Expertise in strabismus surgery is a plus. Candidates should possess strong theoretical knowledge in pediatric ophthalmology, foundational specialist competence, and a commitment to professional development. Research or LEAN management experience is also beneficial.

Given that many EU ophthalmologists work with both children and adults, we specifically seek someone experienced in pediatric care, as this role will primarily focus on that area. Surgical skills are a welcome addition for those with interest or prior experience.

The ideal candidate is responsive, thorough, and quality-driven, with excellent collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with pediatric and strabismus teams within eye clinics, as well as with other departments like pediatrics, rehabilitation, radiology, and neurology. We value flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on business development through value streams. Personal suitability is highly important.
