Consultant in Psychiatry / Addiction Psychiatry

Excellent consultant role for a specialist in psychiatry to work in a substance misuse treatment service.

Duration of the contract: Permanent

• Working time of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Salary up to £146,000 per year
• „Well-being” hours and Continuous Professional Development included in the working time
• Permanent contract of employment
• Coverage of IELTS/OET exam fee
• Coverage of the GMC registration costs and medical insurance fee
• Coverage of visa costs
• Assistance with the GMC registration, formalities and settlement

• Experience or willingness to work in the area of substance misuse
• Specialist title in psychiatry
• Eligibility to receive the GMC licence to practise and to join the Specialist Register
• IELTS / OET certificate with scores required by the GMC
• Clear criminal records
• Teamwork, reliability, responsibility
